Regarding Reservations:

• Reservations are not final until confirmed.
• A deposit of one night’s stay is required upon reservation.
• Cancellations within 7 days of your stay are subject to charge.
• Rates are subject to 9.75% sales tax and 5% hotel tax.
• Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $10 per night charge for each additional guest over the age of 10.
• Check-in time is 3 pm; check-out time is noon.
• Due to the large number of email/internet scams we no longer accept checks, cashiers checks, money orders or wire transfers as a form of payment. Over payments will not be accepted. Upon cancellation of any reservation refunds can only be credited to the same credit card that was used to confirm your reservation. Refunds will not be issued in the form of check, cashier's check, money order or wire transfer for any reason.

Children:
Supervised children are welcome and there is no charge for children under 10 years old.

Pets:
Well behaved pets are welcome at the Spring House. Please observe the following rules:

1. Pets must not be left alone in the cottages at any time or under any circumstances.
2. While in the common areas, please keep your pet on leash.
3. Pets are not allowed on the furniture in either the cottages or the common area. A throw blanket will be provided.
4. Please clean up after your dog- pooper scooper provided.

We will be asking for a $10/night per pet cleaning fee.

Alcohol:
Beer may be purchased locally however local liquor laws prohibit the sale of wine and liquor. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages; refrigerators, glasses & corkscrews are provided.

Gift certificates:
Gift certificates good for 1 year are available. Please call to purchase or for additional information.
