Directions
From Nashville:
I-40 West to TN Highway 46 South to TN Highway 100 West. The Spring
House is on the left, past the town of Pleasantville, approximately
20 miles west of downtown Centerville.
From Memphis:
I-40 East to TN Highway 13 (Hurricane Mills) Exit, south to US 412,
turn left at the 4 way stop in Linden. Bear to the left at the Y
onto TN Highway 100. The Spring House is on the right, 1 mile past
the Perry County/Hickman County line. Access to the Buffalo River
and the Cane Creek Amish/Mennonite community.
From Huntsville & Athens, AL:
Easiest route: I-65 North to US Highway 412
West (at Columbia), follow 412 through Hohenwald to the junction with
Highway 100. Turn right – the Spring House is on the right, 1
mile past the Perry County/Hickman County line.
Alternate - faster (usually!) and most scenic route: Take
AL Highway 53 north through Ardmore which turns into TN Highway 7 and
joins US Highway 31 (you will cross the Interstate). Turn left at the
US Highway 64 Pulaski bypass. Following Highway 64, turn left again
at the end of the bypass and very shortly turn right onto TN Highway
166. Follow Highway 166 through the town of Mount Pleasant and across
TN Highway 43 to the town of Hampshire. Turn left onto US Highway 412,
go through Hohenwald to the junction with Highway 100. Turn right – the
Spring House is on the right, 1 mile past the Perry County/Hickman
County line.
From Florence, AL:
Take AL Highway 17 north, joining TN Highway 13 to Linden. Turn right
at the 4 way stop in Linden onto US Highway 412. Bear to the left
at the Y onto TN Highway 100. The Spring House is on the right, 1
mile past the Perry County/Hickman County line.
